Pop star is heading to a house with 15 bedrooms on the road known as 'billionaires' row'

POP star Justin Bieber is set to become a resident of one of London's most expensive streets after reportedly agreeing to rent a £25 million party mansion for £108,000 a month.

The Baby singer is said to have snapped up a lease on a lavish 15-bedroom home on a road known as 'billionaires' row' which was previously owned by Tate & Lyle sugar tycoon Andreas Panayiotou.

Justin, 22, is set to become the most famous renter on London's swanky The Bishops Avenue when he takes up residence in the expansive property.

It boasts 15 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms and six reception rooms, as well as tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a five-car garage and a home cinema.

The house became the most expensive property on the market in the UK when Panayiotou put it up for sale in 2011 for a whopping £100 million, but it failed to sell.

Panayiotou bought the house in for £5 million in 2006, and spent the next few years transforming it into his dream home.

It failed to sell with the £100 million price tag, but he is believed to have finally agreed a deal last year after the asking price was dropped substantially.

Justin is believed to have snapped up the pricey rental so he can split his time between California and London.
He has been in the UK to play a series of shows this year, but he seems to have been spending more and more time in the capital.

Justin has also been seen enjoying the night life in Essex.

The singer has not had much luck with his past homes following several disputes with neighbours who were angered by his wild antics.

During his time in Calabasas, California, he was accused of driving his luxury sports cars at high speed around the exclusive gated compound where he lived.

He was later convicted of misdemeanour vandalism for pelting a neighbour's house with eggs.
