The Digit-al Dozen: All That Glitters - Coarse Glitter

Hello lovelies!

So yesterday I did something with microglitter, so today is all about the big ones! Remember the day they invented triangle glitter (well at least polish-wise)? I do. Lumina Lacquer was one of the first to put it into polish and it was magical. I was mesmerised and was forced to order a few bottles because I couldn't get it out of my head anymore...

Here's my ode to triangle glitter:

Of course more triangles! And proof that you can totally sponge on super coarse glitter polish into shapes (I wasn't sure it would work, so I had to put it to the test!). I started with a base of Gosh "Rebel Yell" and then taped off the sides of my nails to form the triangles. I cut up a nail art sponge, picked it up with tweezer, applied Lumina Lacquer "Atlas" on it and sponged that onto my nails. I also placed a few extra glitters where I felt there wasn't enough glitter, since the coarse glitter does not disperse evenly on its own. I sealed it in with NPB Glitter Food and SV.

Now I'm going to check out the other ladies glitzy manis (see links below)! What do you think of mine? Do you share my opinion that this type of mani works with chunky glitter, or is it not your cup of tea?
