Jenna Coleman has pulled out another gorgeous outfit in tonight's episode of Doctor Who, The Mummy on the Orient Express. Surprising some viewers by turning up alongside the Doctor after last week telling him she could no longer travel with him, Jenna gave us all a treat with her stunning style and sexy outfits. The 1920s flapper girl look is incredible on both Jenna and cameo star Foxes, making me lust after a flapper dress of my own…

An underrated look that is generally left for themed cocktail parties, I think this style could be the Christmas party season dress to make you stand out from the crowd.

Frock and Frill Sequined Gatsby Dress, £145 BANK Fashion.  Scalloped Flapper Sequined Dress, £145 Frock and Frill. Athena Gold sequin Gatsby Dress, £145 Frock and Frill. Long Black Satin Gloves, £47 Black.co.uk.

Searching for flapper dresses, I stumbled across this gorgeous brand – Frock and Frill. They specialise in 1920's vintage-inspired occasion wear and I urge you to check them out. I could have easily have featured all their flapper dresses, but I managed to restrain myself and picked just these three, to give you a taster of their style. The first dress is a great match for Jenna's, with a low scooped neckline and stunning embellishment. Just slip on a pair of long satin gloves and you are ready to dance the night away. The gold Athena dress is my match for Foxes' own little gold number. This style will go perfectly with darker or olive skin tones. I would keep this simple and accessorise with some gold bangles. The last dress I just couldn't resist featuring. I adore the colour and the fringing detail at the hem. I will be getting this in early for my Christmas party. Styled with a camel over-coat and nude Mary Janes – perfect.

If you also spotted Jenna slinking about in some sexy silk pyjamas tonight, then how about treating yourself to a set to snuggle down in this winter. I can't get enough of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley at the moment and her collections for Marks and Spencer are always on my wish list.

Luxurious Satin Revere Pyjamas, £35 Rosie For Autograph, Marks and Spencer. Pure Silk Revere Collar Pyjamas, £99 Rosie For Autograph, Marks and Spencer. Satin Revere Pyjamas £35 Rosie For Autograph, Marks and Spencer.

After all that dancing in your new flapper dress a girl needs something soft and silky to slip into to unwind. Well here is your answer to the ultimate in luxury comfort. My favourite are, of course, the pure silk set in the centre. I am already imagining myself curled up in them with a glass of red by an open fire. Bliss.
